Purpose of collecting data

We collect and use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide recruitment and consulting services, assess candidates’ suitability for vacancies, communicate about relevant opportunities and manage our relationships with clients and candidates.

This information may include your name, contact details, CV, employment history, qualifications and professional correspondence. Where necessary and legally permitted, we may also collect information required for employment checks.

Depending on the activity, we process information to take steps towards or fulfil a contract, meet legal obligations, or pursue our legitimate interests in providing and managing our services. Where consent is required, we will request it separately. Sensitive information and criminal record information require additional legal conditions, which we will identify before processing.

Data Retention (5 Years)

Our standard retention period for recruitment and consulting relationship records is five years from the end of our relationship or last meaningful contact, where keeping those records remains necessary and justified.

We review information regularly and securely delete it earlier when it is no longer needed. Some records, including unsuccessful application documents and sensitive vetting information, may require shorter retention periods. Records subject to a specific legal requirement or necessary for a legal claim may be retained for longer where justified.

You may contact Antonia Loizou to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to exercise other applicable data protection rights. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
